My Coaching Philosophy: My goal is to help people establish their goals and educate them on what they need to do in order to accomplish them, while still keeping a positive balance in their life with a positive attitude and enjoying the Journey of Training. I feel that the more the athlete communicates with me as far as how they are feeling, how their training is going, how their body is responding to training by letting me know their sleeping patterns, nutrition with exercise and outside of exercise, their other stresses and then also where they are training – terrain, pavement, etc. the more effective I can be with assisting them in reaching their goals. |
